We do this using the principles and tools of systems engineering, project management as a product, agile practices and advanced technologies such as engineering process automation and 5D BIM.

The Context
The performance of capital projects remains a constant source of frustration for senior executives and shareholders of companies in a variety of sectors.
Data reveals the prevalence of cost overruns, schedule delays and stakeholder dissatisfaction with outcomes, according to a 2014 Ernst & Young survey, approximately 65% of large capital projects in the oil and gas industry experienced cost overruns, while more than 75% faced schedule delays.
